UniHouse Role & Contribution

The Turkish Ministry of Health engaged UniHouse as a strategic advisor to support the Health Tourism initiative in Turkey. UniHouse provided consultancy services to assess hospital operational capabilities and workforce competencies, ensuring alignment with international healthcare standards. The project focused on public hospitals designated as medical tourism destinations, enhancing their capacity to attract and serve international patients. UniHouse conducted comprehensive competency assessments and developed targeted training programs to strengthen communication skills, professional competencies, and technical expertise. The initiative was implemented in close collaboration with the Turkish Ministry of Health to improve service delivery and workforce efficiency


Key Initiatives Included:

  • Training 210 healthcare professionals, including nurses and leadership teams
  • Enhancing hospital workflows, leading to a 25% increase in patient satisfaction and a 15% reduction in wait times
  • Strengthening leadership development to promote institutional excellence and career progression
  • Delivering workforce assessment reports to inform national healthcare strategy
  • Establishing knowledge transfer programs for sustainable capacity-building and long-term workforce development
  • Preparing detailed technical reports and gap analyses for each group to support the Ministry of Health’s informed decision-making process
